One in five Americans contributes to online forums.
Forum users are 3.5 times more likely than non forum users to proactively recommend a particular purchase to someone else.
Forum users are 3.5 times more likely than non forum users to share links about new products.
Forum users are 4 times more likely than non forum users to post online ratings and reviews.
