Enthusify releases new "My Orders" tools
Enthusify just released a new set of tools for buyers. Buyers now have access to a repository of their orders. If a buyer makes a purchase and he/she is not logged in, the buyer can use the order number from the order to add the item to the repository. This tool enables buyers to provide feedback on more transactions. This release includes:
- The item title links to the listing.
- The seller username links to the seller's profile.
- The "View Receipt" link works exactly the same as it does for sellers, except the receipt doesn't contain the "Payment Details" section.
- The "Leave feedback" link is the functional equivalent of clicking on "Feedback" in "My marketplace tools."
- "Contact Seller" is the functional equivalent of clicking on "Send Message" in the listing details of an item.
- The "report a problem" link appears for purchases where Enthusify processes payment. Clicking on "Report a Problem / Request Refund" opens a lightbox that triggers an email to the Enthusify customer support team. Following the submission of an issue, a success message says, "An Enthusify staff member has been notified. We will contact you by email within 24 hours."

Enthusify releases new payment collection options for sellers
We released new features to the Enthusify classifieds plugin for vBulletin today. We...
- Added a “Buy Now” button, sale price, and shipping price to threads in the Marketplace Messages
- Improved the subject line in Marketplace Messages. You can now click on the subject line to access the item related to the conversation.
- Improved the visibility of the “New Message” indicator from a blue dot to a green label that says “New!”
- Implemented an optional search results feature that provides a buyer results from forum members AND results from eBay sellers if the buyer performs a keyword search that does not return more than 30 items for sale by forum members.
- Significantly improved the options available to a seller to collect payment from a buyer directly in the marketplace. (see screen shot below)
- Sellers can now connect and verify their PayPal Accounts.
- We eliminated the 14 day escrow policy. All sellers will now be paid the same day as the sale.
- We added a tool for sellers to choose if the seller will cover payment processing fees or if the buyer should cover those fees.
- We now save a seller's payment collection preferences to speed up the creation of future listings.
- Updated Enthusify's Privacy Policy to eliminiate clauses that granted unnecessary and non exercised rights to buyer and seller personally identifiable data.
- Fixed a bug for users of vBulletin version 3.7.x or earlier that prevented Private Message (PM) integration from functioning properly.

Improvements coming to Enthusify's listing creation form
After reviewing the results of 100s of listings and combing through feedback from 100s of sellers, we are introducing user interface improvements and tighter PayPal integration to the form users complete to create a listing.
New eBay supplemental search result feature coming
Across the Enthusify network, each day, buyers use Enthusify's keyword and advanced search tools to find items for sale that they are seeking. In the last week, members did nearly 2,000 searches.
In an effort to help make your marketplace the most convenient, complete, and targeted for your site's focus, some of our partners requested a new feature that will deliver "best match" eBay results to a buyer if he/she does a search and there are fewer than 30 results (one full page of results).

Enthusify to rebrand to Panjo in 2013
Since the fall of 2012, Enthusify has been working on its enthusiast marketplace product and partnerships under the helpful guidance of the MuckerLab accelerator in Santa Monica, CA.
Today, Enthusify presented to investors and members of the press at MuckerLab's demo day event. Enthusify announced that the company will rebrand from Enthusify to Panjo in 2013. Chad Billmyer, Enthusify's CEO explains, "Enthusify was too much of a mouth full. Also the 'th' sound doesn't exist for many of our users in European and Asian countries, making the name very difficult to pronounce. Panjo is short, friendly, memorable, and pronounceable."
Michael Carney of the PandoDaily tech blog reported, "Panjo was the most widely mentioned 'favorite company' among investors I spoke to following the pitch event." You can read Michael's article here, MuckerLab avoids the “sophmore slump” with its second demo day.
